Be accurate
Use your real professional experience. Do not impersonate others, invent credentials, publish misleading reviews or claim verification you have not earned.
Make useful introductions
Explain why you want to connect. Private messaging requires acceptance. Do not use the network for bulk advertising, unsolicited campaigns or repeated contact after a decline.
Control your visibility
Founder and cofounder profiles are visible only to signed-in members when you enable discovery. Existing connections can still see your profile. Partner publication follows the partner agreement and profile permissions. You can change visibility and matching preferences in My profile.
Protect private information
Do not post customer data, credentials, personal contact details or confidential business documents in circles. Shared trial files are private to participants, but recipients can retain copies they legitimately receive. Share only what is necessary and authorised.
Agree before working together
A trial needs both participants to accept the stated responsibilities and terms. It does not automatically create employment, equity, investment or business access. Discuss compensation, intellectual property and any long-term agreement separately before committing.
Use expertise responsibly
Verification identifies specific checks; it is not a guarantee of future results. Discuss scope and suitability with an advisor. Consultations follow the applicable package, booking and agreement terms.
Keep reviews honest
Public session reviews require a completed consultation and the buyer’s publication consent. Do not post private session content, personal attacks or manipulated ratings. Publication consent can be withdrawn.
Report and resolve concerns
Use Report on profiles, messages and posts. Reports are visible to the reporter and platform moderators. You can block a member to stop messages and shared trial access. Moderators may remove content or suspend network access for abuse. Contact femi@phoxta.com if you need help.
Keep SI actions under your control
Shared network activity does not grant another member access to your business. Only an authorised owner can approve a trial task for their own SI team, and existing tool permissions and external-action approval rules still apply.
